Each simple $10 donation made when renewing an Ag Tag culminates to have a major impact on the youth of Hopkins County. These funds award a Hopkins County 4-Her in their first speech and demonstration contest, giving them a push to compete at the district or state level and further development public speaking skills; help a senior 4-Her make it to the state conference where they’ll make lifelong friends and gain valuable life skills; and help a shy child gain independence through a week at 4-H Camp. Ask the Hopkins County Clerk how you can donate when you renew your Ag Tag this March.

In the weeks to come, as many of you head back to your county clerk’s office to renew your Ag Tags, I hope you will make the $10 donation. Let’s try to break that record again and, at the same time, help ensure a bright future for Kentucky agriculture.
